We harvest this rosé from the Eden vineyard after the light white wines and press it gently as a bouquet wine. The fine fruit notes and the mild finish seem almost heavenly.
Tasting: Copper colored, fruity, fresh cherry and raspberries, cool aromatics, juicy fine extract, refreshing finish. The ideal summer drink.
Best served with: pasta dishes, fried duck, numerous entrees, cherry sorbet, delicate, fresh sheep or goat cheese with fresh herbs and olive oil, hazelnut risotto
