Variety: Blaufränkisch
An exceptional white wine made from red grapes: The Blanc de Noir 2023 is crafted from carefully selected Blaufränkisch grapes, harvested as early as August. By pressing the grapes gently and quickly without skin contact, the wine develops a pale, delicate yellow hue with a soft shimmer – like liquid light in a glass.

Tasting: Aromas of green apple, white currant, and a touch of citrus rise to the nose. On the palate, the wine is crisp, light, and dry, supported by a vibrant acidity and subtle mineral notes. The finish is clear and refreshing, making it a perfect companion for sunny days or relaxed gatherings.

Best served with: Light starters such as cucumber-avocado tartare with lime oil, tomato carpaccio with basil and burrata, steamed cod with lemon oil and spring vegetables, prawns on arugula with lemon vinaigrette, or asparagus with lemon butter and pine nuts.
