Rebsorte: Pinot Blanc 50 %, Chardonnay 50 %
The white Burgundy grape variety probably originated via the intermediate Pinot Gris (Pinot Gris) as a secondary mutant of Pinot Noir (Blue Burgundy). The Pinot Blanc wines are pleasantly dry with fine acidity and drinkable.

Degustation: bright yellow, fresh and fruity bouquet, fine nut aromas and exotic, fresh fruits, great drinking pleasure.

Passt gut zu: Seafood, smoked fish, grilled fish, Asian dishes such as wok, curries etc., stuffed veal breast, veal butter schnitzel with asparagus, freshwater fish in herb broth, curd apricot strudel, peach parfait
