The white Burgundy grape variety probably originated via the intermediate Pinot Gris (Pinot Gris) as a secondary mutant of Pinot Noir (Blue Burgundy). The Pinot Blanc wines are pleasantly dry with fine acidity and drinkable.

Degustation: bright yellow, fresh and fruity bouquet, fine nut aromas and exotic, fresh fruits, great drinking pleasure.
