The grape variety is ideal for traditional bottle fermentation, and that becomes clear with the first sip: aged on the lees for over 40 months with zero dosage, this Furmint is clear, fresh and precise. Ripe apples, quince and fine walnut are reflected in the perlage paired with a hint of yeast on the palate.

Tasting: Nice and mild summer sparkling wine, fine mousseux, brilliant yellow with an green hint, fresh, fruity, juicy, nutty aromas. Perfect as an aperitif.
