The white wine counts definitly to the best of the world so called Cépages nobles. From the based of the long livety and finesse made from them, they can be called “white Cabernet Sauvignon”. The fruity bouquet reminds on peaches and apples.

.Degustation: lightning yellow, animating Aromas, minerality, flint, ripe apple, savory and balanced, fine extract, long lasting.

Passt gut zu: seafood, smoked fish, grilled fish, ashian dishes with wok, Curries etc., filled breast of veal, veal butter schnitzel with asparagus, freshwater fish in the herb stock, Curd cheese apricot strudel, pfirsichparfait.
