White wine

8,00

Variety: Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay
The white Burgundy grape variety probably originated via the intermediate Pinot Gris (Pinot Gris) as a secondary mutant of Pinot Noir (Blue Burgundy). The Pinot Blanc wines are pleasantly dry with fine acidity and drinkable.

Tasting: Pale yellow in color with a lovely bouquet; fresh exotic fruit aromas with delicate nutty notes, a creamy texture and a wonderfully enjoyable finish.

Pairs well with:  pan-fried pike-perch on vegetables, scallops with a light herb sauce, salmon tartare with avocado, asparagus risotto with Parmesan, vegetable tart with zucchini and feta, pasta with lemon cream sauce, and a fresh salad with goat cheese and nuts.
