The white Burgundy grape varieties are combined in equal parts in the `Sommer auf Umriss´. A powerful, pleasantly dry and fresh accessible wine with an elegant finish.
Tasting: lighten yellow, fresh and fruity bouquet, fine nutty aromas and exotic fruits, creamy extract,excellent delight.
Best served with: seafood, grilled fish, oven roasted asparagus, pasta with creamy sauce, roasted eggplant, chicken from the ofen, Ratatouille.
