Sweet wine

12,50

Tasting: brilliant gold, reddish gloss, different honey aromas from acacia until clover, very delicate roast aromas, with a long finish

Variety: The Pino Gris is a white grape variety that probably originated by mutation from Blue Burgundy (Pinot Noir). When harvesting, you often find white and red berries on one grape. Sometimes also individual berries are of different color. The Pinot Gris wines are the most rich in extract in Austria and therefore substantial with a fine aroma.

Auslese wines are pressed from very ripe grapes.

Best served with: fruit desserts, fruitcake, peach cheese cream, marzipan desserts, vanilla cream with caramel, foie gras
