Tasting: delicate rose cream, tangerine, dried banana and raisins, honey in the nose and at the palate, ripe fruit, vanilla, harmonious with spicy acidity, balanced fruity, exotic character
Best served with: blue cheese, chocolate desserts, nut soufflé with prunes, foie gras
