White wine

Orange Traminer 2017

Variety: Traminer
The Traminer is a white wine grape with a slightly purple-reddish skin that provides golden, very spicy wines rich in extract. It offers an especially strong scent and is perfectly suitable as aperitif and dessert wine.

Orange wines are white wines fermented on the mash (whole berries). Due to the contact with the grape skin, the wines get a more intense color and higher phenol content.

Tasting: bright orange, intensive scent of roses and violets, spicy and stimulating aromas of Traminer, bitter and intense on the palate, juicy and spicy aftertaste.

Best served with: any spicy and hot dishes, a wine that´s different and a little strange.

    Pink grape skin

It is said that the grape is an erotic fruit, because you can see through the skin just like you can see the blood vessels through the flushed skin in humans. The skin of the Traminer grape is very similar to human skin.

    Gentle fragrances

Even before harvest, the Traminer grapes have a special scent of pink roses and violets. The Traminer is known as the flower of sweet wines and is very tempting.

  • Aromatic-fruity

The Traminer has a wide range of aromas and therefore goes perfectly with Indian curries, Asian dishes and Thai wok dishes.
